We are investors who purchase properties at large volume and discounted rates, and we strongly believe in passing this discount on to our buyers. We source our properties from many channels but the thing in common with all of them is we are acquiring the property from a seller who no longer wants their property and is willing to sell it dramatically below its value.
Our three-pronged goal is:
(1) Provide Excellent Customer Service via every communication channel available.
(2) Add Value and Minimize Risk for Our Buyers by researching and providing as much property information as possible. About 90% of the properties we research buying don’t make the cut. We only want superior-priced, high quality land with hassle-free titles. After we’ve actually purchased the land, we extend that research arm even further, churning out even more maps, reports, and information so that the property listing you finally get to see has been double-filtered for quality, thoroughness, and transparency.
(3) Offer the Lowest Possible Prices per acre by keeping our small company incredibly lean and efficient. We have cut out the middle man (real estate agents and brokers) by selling direct to you and keep our overhead low by selling our land over the internet. These savings are in turn passed along to you.
Here’s what we found after decades of research: low prices — NOT snake oil and false promises — make people happy! OK, maybe that’s more common sense than research, but by operating on thinner margins, we create more happy customers, and happy customers spread the word and produce even more happy customers, and that’s great for everyone’s bottom line.

Hi, I’m Bob. I grew up in St Louis, Missouri. I’ve always had a passion for the outdoors, and think my home state is one of the most beautiful places on earth. My dad was in the real estate business, and I grew up visiting land all over the state with him. My parents also had a retail business selling antiques and home furnishings. Growing up working in the family businesses, I learned first hand at a young age the value of great customer service and a good old fashioned work ethic.
My Dad was in the Army and my sister Kim was in the Air Force. Having been impacted by their examples, after High School I decided to follow in their footsteps. I attended the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, where I played Varsity Football and earned a degree in Civil Engineering. I served active duty in the U.S. Air Force for 5 years. I spent time at bases all across the county (Florida, Washington State, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, New Jersey) and even did one tour in Iraq in 2009. I dabbled in real estate investing while I was in the service, and after being honorably discharged, I jumped straight into the business full-time, and have never looked back. Real estate is my passion, and I love finding creative solutions to “problems” that lead to win-win solutions for us and our sellers. I pride myself on my professionalism and integrity, and live by the Air Force core values “Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence In All We Do”.
Hi, I’m Carly. I grew up in Canada where my dad was also in the real estate business. I moved around for a few years after college, working in the non-profit and hospitality sectors. I’ve been fortunate to work and volunteer all over the globe- Kenya, India, Malaysia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, England, Scotland, Canada and the USA . Bob and I decided to start this company after spending lots of time thinking about how we want our life to look, what kind of work we excel at, and how we can help others. I love that it gives me the chance to combine my passion for real estate with customer service – I love knowing that we are helping people find solutions to their problems and empowering them to take the next step in their lives!
When we’re not working, you can find us taking long walks with our dog Ronin, grilling on our patio, and we love taking road trips to explore this beautiful country. If there are canoes or margaritas involved, even better!
